Palm Beach Family Photographer | The Didio Family

I met with this lovely family in Royal Palm at the Veterans Park Memorial.  It was my first time shooting there and it was beautiful.  From open grassed areas to charming waterfalls, this was a relaxing and family orientated location which was perfect for our session.

I photographed the Didio's on the beach back in September and WOW has Carrie grown.  Such a diva!  Mom & Dad you have your hands full!

Spartanburg Family Photographer | Wes, Stef & Hunter

This family scores big with me.  First off they're very good friends of mine and second they truly know the value of capturing special stages in their lives together.  This is the third session I've had with them in the last year and each time I see lil Hunter he terrorizes me more and more!  Capturing your little ones as they grow up is so important, because before you know it you're sending them to college!

Milliken is one of my favorite places to shoot at, no matter how many times you go there it's never the same.  This time of year is my favorite, the tree's are beautiful and add a great pop of color.  It's also very popular with my clients, and you can see why!

Merry Christmas to a wonderful family!  I love you guys :) <3

Greenville Photographer | Tim, Becky, Logan & Lucas

Big Tuna & family came out to Greenville today to take part in my holiday special!  (You probably want to know why I just called him Big Tuna, right?  Tim & Becky are divers and Tim is on the dive team for Spartanburg.  Does it make sense now?)  Their adorable little men were so much fun to work with.  Logan, the red head, and Lucas, the blonde, will definitely be heart breakers when they get older!

Becky & Tim chose the Rock Garden in downtown Greenville for todays session.  It's been a while since I've shot down there and WOW for a Friday afternoon it was packed!  There were two other photographers there and a few families just hanging out.  It is such a beautiful area and very relaxing.  The boys played bubbles, rode their bikes and played some foot ball with their dad.

My fav from the session was the reverse choke hold, as Logan called it.  I love kids, they're so awesome to work with.

Greenville Family Photographer | Gavins Holiday Portraits

That's my baby!  This is his 7th Christmas and I just can't get over how big he is.  Even compared to his holiday portraits from last year.  Reason #1 why photographs are so important! *Aaahemmm!*

We headed up Hwy 14 in Greer for his session today.  I had to bribe him with candy to get him to do it.  You think he's had enough already?  I mean... it's not like I take THAT many pictures of him.  I've never had to bribe him before!  He's always been a camera hog!  Does this mean I can't kiss him in public anymore, or call him "my baby" in front of his friends?  No!  It better not!

Spartanburg Family Photographer | The Bogan Family

It seems Miliken is becoming more and more popular and is taking over my portfolio!  My clients just love it there and is the first place that comes to mind for them when I ask "where".  No problem for me, this place offers several different ponds, a lot of freshly manicured grass, large trees and tons of shade.

I met the Bogans this evening for a family shoot and these guys were loads of fun.  In my experience teenage boys are "too cool" for family photos and getting a smile or a goofy gesture out of them is like pulling teeth!  Not these guys, they were down to do all the crazy ideas I threw at them.

Maybe they'll remember the fun times we had today when its time for each of them to do senior portraits :)

Palm Beach Family Photographer | Didio Family {McAurthur State Park}

Who wants to see the most beautiful, big, blue eyes?

Meet Carrie Ann: a beautiful 2 1/2 year old Florida girl.  Carrie naturally has the "model" look that I try to get my older clients to give.  The pouty lip part.  Once we took it from the hot, sunny, sandy beach to the shade she was a natural in front of the camera.

Next time we'll plan for a place with more shade and less heat!  (How about December?)

Mal & Cal {Downtown Greenville}

I met Mallorie downtown Greenville a few months ago.  She was working with TJ from Gvegas Nights and I was down there with some friends promoting Portraits for Heroes.  Mallorie was one of the awesome contestants in our bachelor & bachelorette auction, so I was definitely excited to shoot her.

Again, with the rain.  And again it was cleared up by 5 but this time it left behind nasty humidity.  We shot at The Children's Garden which is a cute little area under the 123 Bridge with flowers, gardens, etc.

Mallorie brought her daughter Caleigh, she's 13 months and so adorable.  Those chunky cheeks and gorgeous eyes make her completely irresistable and not to mention she has one hot momma!  Doesn't she look amazing, you'd never know she had a child!

Reid Family {Greer City Hall}

I met the Reid/Carithers family tonight for some family photos.  Our session was at 6:45 and right around 5pm it started thundering, lightning and raining.... and I live five minutes from where we were scheduled to shoot.  But as fate would have it... not only did the nonsense weather stop but it was beautiful out.  Perfect conditions for an outside shoot.

After dodging the herds of people and trying to stay out of the way of another couples wedding photographs, we manage to sneak in a few good ones.  Here are the sneak peaks.

Also, keep an eye out for Chandler and Amber, I'll be doing their 2011 Senior Portraits next week!

Weekend Overview

Whew!  What a weekend.  When we weren't shooting we were eating, sleeping or editing.  But I have to admit I loved every second of it.  We had zero cancellations and after seeing the images from each session I am so happy for that!

All my sneak peaks are posted on the blog and facebook!  Go on over to Eric's blog and check for his images from the sessions.  Thanks again to Eric for being a trooper; even though he wanted to be in Alaska all weekend we did our job and our clients are very happy.   (The heat was BAD!)

We've received two testimonials back so far, here's what they're saying....

"Amy and I could not be happier with the way the shots came out. Jenn and Eric definitely captured the 'timeless' feeling that we were looking for. Amy and I tend to be pretty photogenic as it is, but shooting with Jenn and Eric really brought our personalities out and it is definitely portrayed in the pictures.  During the shoot Amy and I were made to feel very comfortable and natural. We were definitely given just the right amount of direction to capture that playful nature that both Amy and I have in our daily lives. The end result came out far better than I could have imagined. Amy and I could not be happier with the final result."-- Danny + Amy

"Jenn and Eric met up with Evan and I, behind Island water sports in downtown Lake worth. I loved how well they communicated with Evan, and he had alot of fun posing for the camera. It was brutally hot outside so I was stoked that they got a bunch of shots in less than an hour. What I loved the most is that Jenn didn't hesitate to get down in the dirt to get the shots she wanted. And the best part is every single picture looks amazing. Thanks again!"-- Melinda
